This policy explains how Alon Saranga (“the Studio”, “we”) collects and uses information on alonsaranga.co.il and the booking system on this site.

What we collect
- Booking and contact details you send: name, company, email, phone, WhatsApp, project notes, and the date and time you request.
- Technical basics the server may log: IP address, browser type, and pages opened.
- Language choice saved in your browser (local storage).
How we use it
- To schedule and confirm a session.
- To reply by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- To keep the booking calendar accurate.
- If Google Calendar is connected by the Studio, your booking details may be written into that calendar so the session appears in Alon’s schedule.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with tools needed to run the site and bookings (hosting on uPress, email or WhatsApp if you write us there, and Google Calendar when the Studio has connected it). We may disclose information if required by law.
Storage
Booking records are stored on the Studio’s hosting account. Calendar events stay in the Studio’s Google account if that connection is active. We keep records as long as needed to manage the work and legal duties, then delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to alonsaranga@gmail.com.
Cookies
The public site does not use advertising cookies. It may store your language setting locally on your device.
Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top will change when we do.
