Welcome to STIKY 2 ("the Game") on alonsaranga.co.il, operated by Alon Saranga ("the Operator"). Using the Game means you accept these terms.
1. The service
The Game is free and provided "as is", without any promise of availability, continuity or data retention. The Operator may change, suspend or end it at any time.
2. Accounts and guest play
You can play as a guest with just a nickname, or register with an email, nickname and password. You are responsible for your password and for activity on your account. Players under 13 need a parent's permission.
3. Conduct
Follow the code of conduct. The Operator may ban accounts or guests who break it.
4. Intellectual property
All rights in the Game, its code, art and sound belong to the Operator. Do not copy, redistribute or reverse-engineer it.
5. Ads and sponsors
The Game may show sponsor and advertiser content. The Operator is not responsible for third-party content or products.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the Game.
7. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Israeli law; the courts of Israel have jurisdiction.
