Terms of Sale

1. General

This gallery is operated by Alon Saranga (ID / business no. [to be completed in the admin panel]), address: [to be completed in the admin panel], phone: +972-50-455-4434, email: alonsaranga@gmail.com ("the Artist"). Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. The Hebrew version prevails.

2. The works

The works are original digital works by Alon Saranga, created with AI tools under the artist's direction, editing and curation. On-screen images are for illustration; slight colour differences between screen and print may occur.

3. Products and prices

• Prices are in Israeli shekels (ILS), include VAT and delivery within Israel unless stated otherwise.
• The listed size is the long edge; the short edge follows each work's proportions and is shown before payment.
• Large formats (150 cm and above) and commercial licenses are priced by arrangement; the price shown for them is an estimate.

4. Ordering and payment

• Direct order: choose a work, size and material, enter your details and pay on iCount's secure checkout. The order is confirmed once the card company approves it; an invoice is emailed. Card details never pass through or stay on this site.
• Quote request (large format or license): non-binding. The Artist replies with a quote; payment is made through a dedicated payment link after your approval.
• The Artist may decline an order in case of a material pricing or description error or inability to produce; any amount paid is then refunded in full.

5. Production and delivery

Every print is produced specifically for the customer by a professional print studio in Israel or abroad, from the artist's master file. Estimated production time: 7–14 business days, followed by courier delivery with a tracking number sent by email. Each print receives a serial number and a digital certificate of authenticity. Home delivery anywhere in Israel is included. Large formats ship in protective crating or are installed by arrangement.

6. Cancellation and returns

• Cancellation is governed by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 2010.
• Prints are made to the customer's specification. Under section 14C(d) of the law, an order cannot be cancelled once production has started.
• An order not yet in production may be cancelled by written notice to alonsaranga@gmail.com within 14 days of ordering; the refund is issued within 14 days, less a fee of 5% of the price or ILS 100, whichever is lower.
• A print that arrives damaged: report within 7 days with a photo, and it will be reprinted free of charge or fully refunded.
• A license under which a digital file was delivered cannot be cancelled after delivery, as permitted by law.

7. Copyright

Buying a print transfers ownership of the physical copy only. All copyright and moral rights in the works remain with the Artist, to the extent recognised by law (Copyright Act, 2007). No copying, scanning for reproduction, distribution or commercial use without a written license.

8. Advertising and campaign licenses

• A license covers the use, term, territory and exclusivity defined in the quote and invoice. It is personal and non-transferable, with no sub-licensing.
• After the term ends, no new use may be made. Extensions are available by arrangement.
• Not permitted: training or feeding AI models, registration as a trademark or logo, NFTs, or use in offensive, misleading or unlawful contexts.
• Credit "© Alon Saranga" is given where customary, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Liability

The Artist's liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Privacy

Personal details are handled according to the privacy policy.

11. Law and jurisdiction

Israeli law applies; the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
