Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Alon Saranga collects and uses personal data on the gallery site, in accordance with Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 1981 and its regulations.

What we collect

Name, email, phone, delivery address, company name (for licenses) and notes you enter in the order form. A hashed value of your IP address is kept to prevent abuse. Providing data is voluntary, but an order cannot be completed without it.

How it is used

To fulfil your order, issue an invoice, deliver, contact you about the order and meet legal obligations. No marketing emails without explicit consent.

Payment

Payment is made on iCount's checkout page. Card details go directly to iCount and never pass through or remain on this site.

Sharing

Only as needed: iCount (payment and invoicing), the print studio and courier (name, address, phone and email, for delivery and tracking only), and authorities where required by law. The print studio may operate outside Israel (e.g. the EU, UK or US); delivery details are then transferred to it solely to fulfil the order. Data is never sold.

Storage and security

Data is kept on the site's server with restricted access over HTTPS, for as long as needed to handle the order and as required by record-keeping laws.

Cookies and third parties

The site stores only your language preference in the browser. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. There is no advertising tracking.

You may request access, correction or deletion (subject to legal retention duties) by writing to alonsaranga@gmail.com.
